With extensive investment knowledge in both commercial and residential markets, Jason Boltz has been actively involved in real estate brokerage in Boston Proper from 1993 to date. Jason founded Boltz Real Estate over 20 years ago and incorporated in 2008. He specializes in luxury residential, investment acquisitions and dissolution, highest and best use scenarios, and has intimate knowledge of apartment complexes, new development, and multi-family rehabbing.
Jason and his dogs, Finn and Abby, all love Boston too!
